Робочі мови конференції: українська, російська, англійська
До початку роботи конференції планується видання електронного збірника наукових праць конференції із присвоєнням ISBN та DOI
Під час проведення конференції планується:
- проведення тематичних семінарів та круглих столів;
- зустрічі із провідними ІТ-компаніями та представниками ІТ-галузі;
- воркшопи із наукових та практичних питань за заявленими напрямками;
- культурно-розважальні заходи, екскурсії мальовничими місцями Одеси;
- можливість дистанційної участі в засіданнях секцій.
Після проведення конференції, за рішенням програмного комітету планується:
- розміщення рекомендованих науковим комітетом форуму англомовних статей на платформі CEUR, які будуть проіндексовані у БД Scopus
- кращі роботи будуть рекомендовані до видання у фахових виданнях України та ОЕСР;
- видання колективної монографії англійською мовою з розширеними матеріалами статті у зарубіжному виданні, з присвоєнням ISBN та DOI

За кожну доповідь учасників після позитивної рецензії необхідно перерахувати оргвнесок у розмірі 350 грн при очній участі або 200 грн при дистанційній участі. Розмір внеску для закордонних учасників становить 20 €
Для отримання одного друкованого примірника матеріалів конференції з доповіддю автора необхідно додатково перерахувати 250 грн або 10 €. За кожну додаткову сторінку матеріалів необхідно перерахувати додатково 50 грн.
